Dr. Shafiq Yusuff is a UK-trained Consultant in Endocrinology, Diabetes and Internal Medicine with over 20 years of medical experience. Before moving to Dubai, he was a substantive Consultant at Addenbrooke’s Hospital, Cambridge University Hospitals, where he led the Thyroid Service and specialist Thyroid Nodule Clinic. He also contributed to specialist multidisciplinary teams managing complex thyroid function disorders, thyroid eye disease and thyroid cancer.

His clinical practice encompasses the full spectrum of endocrinology and diabetes, supported by extensive experience in acute and inpatient Internal Medicine. Alongside his clinical work, he has been actively involved in clinical research, medical education and multidisciplinary specialist care.

His approach is evidence-based and patient-centred, combining clear communication with personalised, practical treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs.
